It is here! It is here. Happy birthday to me! I am now officially touching the
Anna Maria Horner fabric that I bought from
Fabricworm.
Ohhh so gorgeous, luuuvely, pretty, colorful, yummy, inspiring... Ahhh. I should probably mention that what you see here is a mix of Anna MAria Horners fabric and other complementary fabrics I bought, all the polka dots.

And this one... I could go on and put up pictures of them all so I will stop right there.
At the same time I got this lot of fabric. It is for a secret project. And I have already started on it. Mixing in some of my vintage sheets.
And a lot of other things are going on around here but unfortunately I haven't been able to take pictures yet. Got to wait until Wednesday when I can take pictures in bright daylight. Just hate the quality of the pics when i use the flash... Don't you.
Last thing to share today are these pictures. Nelly (2nd from left) and her friends decorated T-shirts on her sleep over party. Ain't that great? The result really reflects on the different personalities. They loved it.
We used fabric markers, I ironed on the wrong side of the T-shirts afterwards and now it is all set for machine washing in warm wash. I very much recommend this crafty project. Now they wear their T-shirts at gymnastics in school and have turned into some type of "girl power" unit. Ha ha ha!

ReplyDeleteFantastiskt fina tyger! Spännande att se vad det ska bli. Jag har tänkt göra två löpare till julklappar och istäälet för vadd ta sånt där värmeisolerande som man har i grytlappar så att löparen går att använda som grytunderlägg också. Vi får väl se om jag hinner, men en randig löpare går ju ganska fort, eller?
ReplyDeleteTjejernas T-shirts är ju helt underbara! Jag har allt hemma för ett sånt projekt men jag är duktig på att skjuta på saker och ting, som att plugga inför tentan på fredag. Nåja det brukar gå bra i slutändan ändå.

Förstár att du sprudlar av pyssel-energi nu.
Vi hade ocksá ett litet "girl-power-gäng" i skolan. Vi hade alla 4 herr-boxer-kallingar pá som shorts pá jympan och var ju givetvis ascoola:)
Det är kul att se ens barn gá igenom alla stadier och minnas nár man själv var där.
Naia verkar vara pá vág ut ur den rosa perioden och just nu är det MASSOR av armband som gäller.
Oh la la, tous ces jolis tissus. Je sens que la machine à coudre va bien fonctionner, attention à la surchauffe.
ReplyDeleteC'est bien agréable de voir ces demoiselles remettre au goût du jour les fleurs et les coeurs des années 70 si chères à mon coeur. Elles sont très douées, ça promet.
