A creative space

Hello lovelies.
I couldn't resist sharing a glimpse of my favorite creative space. Here with wild flowers at their best. A hand picked bouquet of: Bluebells, Spotted Orchid, Willow Gentian, Astrantia, Valerian, Daisy,
Hedge Bedstraw, Sheep's-bit and Lady's Bedstraw. All in shades of purple, blue and white.

This is where I love to sit. Making it pretty with a table cloth on the stone table, a patchwork pillow to be soft and gentle to my bum and a soft quilt to lean back against on my green bench by the shed.

I have lots in the making for the moment. And so little time. Every minute of making is precious to me. This colorful big granny square only needs weaved in ends before its reveal. It is a pimp up project I can tell as a clue. Stay tuned...

Do you have a special creative space outdoors. Do you make your space pretty before sitting down for some hooky, sewing, stitching time? Do you drag tons of stuff outside like I do before taking a moment of crafty time for yourself? Or do you just sit down, where ever you are and get to it?

  2. I wish I could drag things outside and make a creative spot, but it is too darn hot! I'll have to wait until November! This is lovely and wonderful inspiration.

  4. Would I love to do that? Just to see my Boxers ripping everything to shreds the moment I go in to get my tea :-r

  7. I used to have a garden but it was impossible to sit and craft because of the dogs and the mosquitoes.
Now I have my own place indoors on the couch, very messy indeed but very close to everything I need. Less romantic than your spot!
