  10. Thank you for the giveaway...I love that pattern! My favorite things to make are blankets, esp for babies. If there are no new ones in the neighborhood I donate them to the NICU a nurse in the neighborhood works for. It allows me to play with pattern and color!

  11. Hi Annette,

Wow, how nice that you are mentioned in my favorite crochet magazine! Congratulations!

I love to crochet all kinds of crochet projects, but if I really have to choose, I choose cosy warm wrap shawls.: -)

I'm currently plagued with a bad case of start-itis, so I have a shawl, a hat and a blanket on the go, but I do love shawls/cowls/scarves - they work up reasonably quickly and are both practical and pretty!

I have 2 going at the moment but I don't think either are going to be very warm as I'm noticing, now. (hmmm, raising an eyebrow). In between the shawls, and after work at night, I make smaller things; flowers, jewelry, scarfettes and small decorations for my small apartment. Anyhow, I enjoy your blog very much! I'm in the middle of working on a blanket at the moment, which I liked at the start but am getting a bit bored with now so maybe I prefer medium-sized projects!

  72. How wonderful! Congratulations! I am working on my first crochet project since I was a child... and love it! It will be a granny square blanket, I have 120 squares now and will start putting them together. I have already found a lovely way to finish the blanket in an old crochet book that I have kept for years even though I did not crochet then, so glad a kept it! After this I would love to work on my first shawl!

Jag älskar att virka allt; stora filtar, sjalar, amigurumi, kuddar, you name it. :-) hoppas operationen gick bra!
