Cabinet make over, quilting and life

Dear blog friends. This will be a quick left handed blog post.
My cabinet is almost ready to be filled up with goodies... I just have to assemble it and decorate the back with a Tanya Whelan fabric... I am searching for porcelaine knobs to put on all the teeny weeny drawers, but I haven't found any yet. I am so pleased with the transformation.

I am learning, reading and absorbing everything possible about patchwork and quilt-making. My first quilt is slowly getting patched together. It is a trial quilt and I am learning from all my mistakes made during the journey. I am having a blast!

The cows are back outside our kitchen. And I daily sit outside in my relaxing chair, closing my eyes to take a cat nap to the sound of all the cow bells. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ping, bing, pling, ding...

And Jay is picking mushrooms...

And the kids are making the most of the last summer days, playing outside non stop. Here on the roof of our shed.

Ciao for now. Physio therapy for my arm is waiting...

  1. Áááááhhhh!!!! Skápet är verkligen fantastiskt fint. Stolt, stolt, stolt ska du vara.
    Porslinsknoppar blir pricken över i.
