Views from a window



The views from my window are amazing this time of the year. I do miss the snow, which disappeared quickly, but I am hoping it will soon come back. The Alps and Mont Blanc are at times so clear and sharp and other times tucked in to a layer of puffy clouds. Some mornings it looks like the mountains are on fire, others I can't even see them because of the thick thick fog.

The sun dresses my views in the most beautiful shades of pink, orange and yellow which makes me stand for minutes watching it go down over the fields... Moments of treasures taken in a very hectic time of this season.

    Beautiful! We had some lovely sunrises and sunsets last week, but now it's warmer and is very grey, wet and windy which is pretty horrid!

    How blessed you are to live in such a beautiful country. Your views of the Alps are stunning. We live near Seattle Washington and see the nearby mountains daily and I never tire of the views.

    What a view, what a VIEW! I don't have much in Pretoria, but where I holiday now, we watch the Southern Right whales when come in for calving season in the bay, during winter time.
