Christmas pillows in Santas Workshop

Hello lovelies!
I can see in my last post that we all agree that a cozy home needs something homespun. Yaaaay for handmade, home makes, old and worn and mess! I am so lucky to how found this lot of like minded creative beings you all are... I feel so at home with you here in blog land. Thank you for your advice on where to start my journey of home decorating and making it cozy and cuddly here at home. They are all great advice. And I am so happy that you all feel so at home when you come to visit. That is the greatest compliment of all. THANK YOU!

Now, lets talk about Christmas. Do you have the Christmas itch already? Well, I do. I have another market to attend this weekend and I have been preparing some Christmas items to sell. I just couldn't resist the collection of Pillow and Maxfield Christmas Santa from Michael Miller when I saw a gorgeous pile for sale on ETSY. I just had to have it. These fabrics are spot on perfect for Scandinavian style Christmas pillows. The problem is... I brought them to work as one of my colleagues wanted to see them and now all of them - plus more - are sold. Well, problem and problem. I am thrilled!!! So I am making more. Soon to be found in my shop.

I choose to quilt the front for greater stability, all seams are serged for durability. Pillows measures approx. 50x50 cm/20x20 inches.

A set of two pink snowflakes on red background are on their way to Riika in Vevey, Switzerland. A set of two red and white pillows are reserved for Janet in Lausanne, Switerland. I am making another set of red and white pillows for Anna in Morges, Switzerland, and Anita in Echallens, Switzerland wanted one too. I guess I am turning into a Santa Workshop and I am liking it! :D

Do you also want a pillow or two to create some Christmas spirit? Contact me directly for more information. I am taking custom orders up until 15th of November to secure delivery in December.

    Kram!

  14. Not only are these pillows beautiful, but they don't 'scream Christmas' - you can leave them out all year long if you desire to do so!
