Running out of yarn...

My goal was to finish this shawl in Sweden but I ran out of yarn... Don't you just hate when that happens? Hopefully I will have some new yarn arriving any day now... I am patiently waiting...

I am so close to the finish. And I am longing to start on a new shawl in a different color scheme. Inspired by Swedish cottages I know exactly which colors to use.

Annette

PS I am writing on a pattern. Will be available soon.

  3. What a coincidence! I'm making a shawl right now too!

I'm doing a monthly crochet entry on my blog now. Why don't you come in and have a look here: http://reflectionsandnature.blogspot.ch/2013/08/creative-moments-in-august.html

If I do one of your patterns, I'll put a link back to your blog for sure!

    Have a great week! Sandra

  4. I hope you don't have to wait too long. I love the colours you've chosen although I'm usually not a fan of light colours. What yarn/material is it?

  12. Yep..I'm having the same situation :)
I thought I had enough and it turns out that I don't have near enough to finish..and of course, the yarn was a one off type of thing and I can't get any more of that particular color. Sigh..

  20. Very cute shawl! And yes it is awful when you run out of yarn - especially when you know that you have 1500 km to the closest shop that sells YOUR yarn...
