When the October sun rises

Ever since being a child I've seen my life in snap shots and carried around a camera most of the time, but it was when I started blogging I really got in to photography. One of the most fascinating things with photography is light. And it is also one of the most challenging things to work with in photography. But with the October sun it gets easier. The light is less hard and bright and more warm and smooth and especially when the sun rises it gives my garden a golden shine. Everything looks like it is coated in a layer of caramel. :) In a moment like this I have to run inside and get the camera. My garden in October is an amazing sight.

  2. I agree the light is the hardest to capture. I was out at a beautiful garden yesterday with a huge lake where the autumn colours reflected and glistened in the water. I'm sure I haven't captured that wonderful orange glow though, such a hard thing to achive. Thanks for more of your wonderful photography, I love reading your blog.x

  3. Beautiful....I love this time of year. After the harsh sun of the summer and the intense heat, it's so nice to enjoy the sun and the fall temperatures.
