Well, it is time. Time for a new more healthy life. A new way of living. I am on way to my first e er Cross Fit session. I am nervous. Kind of scared...
I started this morning with some homemade nut and seed musli, yogurt and drizzled honey. I only took half a teaspoon of sugar in my morning tea... It is a good start.
I am ready to go. I can do this! I want to do this! I dare to do this! Bring it on!

Nothing wrong with some healthy living. I just put a halt on snacking myself. Ever since a freelancer and working from home, a lot of 'unnoticed' snacking happens. Bad for my bikini figure ;-)

There is no question whether you can, offcourse you can! Where there is will there is a way. So if you're interested in getting healthy you should try some liquid lunches, I will be blogging about this shortly. Basically it Is raw food liquidised. The best way to get food into your body is without cooking it, so it might be worth a go. I absolutely love my liquid lunches. Goodluck with the class sounds exciting! Hannapat

ReplyDeleteYup,, one does feel better when eating/exercising properly. I realised I'll have to take gim a bit more serious, I need work on the leg muscles to keep my back in shape. Love yoga in the meantime, and wil get back to walking - are you still going? :-)
