The Nordic Shawl, made by Heike Gittins at Made With Loops blog. She is such a talented designer and "loopy" artist and I am humbled over all the sweet words in the story about her interpretation of my Nordic Shawl pattern. It is really worth a read. Heike's way of writing is very personal and pretty as she likes to address her posts as diary notes. It is different and I really enjoy reading her short stories and notes. :D And if you didn't already know, she is the lady behind the Homely Blanket Quest, presenting 2 new free square patterns every week since March 2013 to make a lovely Homely Blanket. It is not to late to join, read more about it here. I am tempted to jump on that quest... A real stash buster it could be.

Thank you so much for sharing your colorful shawl with me, Heike. I absolutely adore it and it is so interesting to see it in a different color theme from what I personally would choose. Love it!
