Eight

"I did this ALL BY MYSELF!" Emmy - May 2015

She lives in a world full of butterflies, sparkles and gum ball clouds. Sprinkles and jelly bean trees. Marshmallow ponds and with magical dust showers from a pink sky. I would love to visit her world. It seems so worry free and happy.

She is a walking singing bird, always humming on something and it wouldn't surprise me if she has a secret friendship with all hummingbirds in the world. And fire flies. Showing her the way in the darkness at night... What a magical place!

She is also a wild clown, always ending up in trouble. Ripping her pants and tearing her shirts, knotting her hair and looking like a tossed up skein of yarn.I've bought a million hair clips and hair bands through the years and she has never used one of them for more than 2 minutes tops.

Her voice cuts through any sound proof wall and she knows exactly how to get what she wants. SHe is a bit of a witch, princess and Pippi Longstocking - all in one!. The amount of drawings she has made are filling up a whole drawer and she tells the most detailed stories with her illustrations. Her mind is an imaginary world not far from a Wooly Wonka world I guess...

She is a pure character and she is now 8. And I told her to stop growing now and to stop aging. Stay 8 forever and ever. 8 is great! You make my days glimmer in endless magical moments. I love you sweetie pie!

  8. Oh, lovely! I remember my 3 girls when they were that age. Ages about 7-11 are just so lovely on little girls. I also felt that I didn't want them to grow past that age. But they did, 23, 27 and 29 now!
