The best green beans are those from our garden of course. We are about to harvest the last of them any time now...
Cooked to perfection to make them as green as they possibly can get, drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkled with some salt. The kids love them too. We will fight over these at dinner tonight...

ooh me lovey fresh green beans:) I eat them frozen from the bag (store bought) the fresh ones are to expensive and they don't look so fresh. I love mine with a little bit of chopped up onions and garlic salt they taste so good.
ReplyDeletethe beans look such a lovely vibrant green and i'm sure they tasted perfect with the simple olive oil and salt dressing..yum :)
ReplyDeleteOh heavenly! Nothing compares to fresh veggies from the garden. Your green beans look just delicious. :o) Our weather was not cooperative this last year and we lost all but our potatoes in the garden. We did however have some delicious sweet basil on our porch that we have been making into pesto for the winter. :o)
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend.
Sincerely, Trish
