Yarny goodness!

I can't even remember when I splashed out on new yarn last time... But today I did. Big time. Fell head over heals over these. Couldn't just pick 3 or 4 or 5... picked 12!!! Like always when I buy yarn I don't really have a project in mind. That comes later. I am thinking some Daisy Squares maybe... Spring flowers. Maybe some stripes. Wide and crispy and light. Or squares. Big squares. Not sure yet. And not sure which colors to use.

Thinking Magnolia trees in bloom... soon...

Or turquoise ocean meets pebble beach...

Or ice cream bar...

Or sorbet mix...

Or just a hell of a colorful vintage mix!

What are you thinking?

  4. they do look lovely. I am on a yarn diet for Lent, but looking at those colours makes me dream. I could see maybe one of those Japanese Flower scarfs for you or your girls. I have not done one before but this lady's blog header is the perfect inspiration

  7. I'm thinking GORGEOUS colors.....

Sometimes I buy without a project in mind, but I've tried not to do that unless it is sock yarn of course. I pick sock patterns later, but just get the yarn first.

  12. When I buy yarn, most of the time I fall for the colours or the textures.
I love what you chose, I have too much yarn in my stash right now and I try not to buy more but sometimes temptation is ruling me...
